Why doesn't this package contain a warning about potential human asthma ?

I think it's a strange question not everybody has a reaction to chemicals the same way. I have an asthmatic attack if I'm exposed to polyurethane paints and I've never seen a warning on any paint indicating that they were aware of a possible asthmatic reaction. Bio case is a relatively benign product you can buy human equivalents over the counter in any drug store. My guess is that you are simply allergic to dust, I feed it to my ten-year-old Pitbull twice a day due to his pancreatic enzyme deficiency and I have never had any reaction and believe it to be an excellent product. Have you thought about wearing a dust mask when you use the product? I have on a couple occasions talk with bio case and have found them to be extremely helpful, give them a call.
