Installation was easy with no leaks. Looks nice. Much better than average directions included in the box. The main reason I replaced my Moen shower head was that it was loud. It was 65db. This one is only 40db when running the rain shower head with the flow restrictor removed. That’s a big difference in noise.As others have pointed out, water flow is low unless you remove the flow restrictor on the shower head and the hand held shower. As-is it’s probably restricted to 1.8 gpm so they can be sold in states such as California. You can easily remove the black o-ring on each to increase flow. I wanted max flow and low noise so I removed the blue flow restrictors completely. I used a curved pick to put the tip through a hole in the restrictor to pry/pull it out. Requires a little bit of pressure but fairly easy to pull out.Without the flow restrictor in place I measured 2.5 GPM for the rain shower head and 2.5 GPM for the hand held shower. I did not measure flow rate with both running simultaneously.One thing I did not like was that the top of the rain shower head is white. You don’t see that once installed but seems like for a few extra cents they could have matched the finish on the top to the rest of the unit.Overall for the price it looks quite nice and works well.

I wish I could give this 10 stars.!! I love it! My husband wanted a rain shower, but I love the high water pressure... Enter this guy. I looked at a lot of different shower heads, but this one fit the bill and (pat myself on the back lol) I was not wrong. I made an awesome choice - hahahaThe arm on the rain head is adjustable, and the lower handle arm (the one that still holds all the water pressure I like) is also adjustable. It has multiple spray 'modes' ?? (Not sure what to call it lol) or spraying options, as far as water distribution is concerned. I always go for the high-pressure one, but the kids love a few of the others, and the misting one works perfectly for bathing/showering my bird.My kiddos have no problems using the handheld head, which is super convenient. There's a button on the handheld head that switches it to the power wash mode, which is great and can be used for more than just cleaning (ex: we use it for bathing the dogs).I love that you can switch between the rain shower, the handheld, and the combo. We leave it on the combo and I have to admit.... I like it more than I thought I would. It looks great, works great, and feels great! I want one of these shower heads in every one of our bathrooms now :) Installation was super fast. My husband had it up without any problems, in like maybe 15 minutes??

Just installed it probably took less than half an hour. Definitely take out the water flow restrictor. I took out the single black ring and use a chopstick to shove out the blue piece. I have a good water pressure with removing the black ring and the blue piece. I couldn’t imagine having both on.Everything was a breeze. I have a very small shower so the showerhead range was very dynamic.Will give an update when I use it more, but everything was so clear with the instructions and the black color is very modern and sleek

I was so disappointed when I 1st installed this and went from a full pressure shower to a low pressure shower. I read the reviews with similar complaints and thought... ok this has to be an easy fix. I assumed the blue insert came out for that fix...NOPE. There is a small black rubber ring set in that blue thing...pop that out. That will expose a whole new layer of holes for water to pass through. Do this on BOTH shower heads or only the ones you want a NORMAL pressure. I used the pointy end of small scissors to pop it out... I'm sure a tooth pick would work. HUGE DIFFERENCE IN WATER PRESSURE. I ain't got no time to take a shower under a drizzle rain...I need a good downpour dang it. 🤪 Hope this helps someone else. Easy to install without a plumber.

Love this! Looks just like the pictures & works like a dream 😊 Sooo easy to install too! My shower head was too short for me, & this brought it up to a normal/tall height. One thing to note is if your shower head neck (idk what is called.. the thing coming out of the wall that you attach the shower head to) is crooked, like mine apparently is, it will be magnified 10-fold with this. It's super flexible with the ball connector tho, so I was able to aim it in the right direction. 👍👍

This unit was so easy to install and the rain shower spray is really nice . The handheld unit with it's many different sprays is great and the additional spray on the top of the handle works good for cleaning the shower, it gets into the corners so well. I bought this to filter the chlorine, but it is so much more. I would highly recommend this shower unit.

I have not had a flaky/dry/itchy scalp since installing this shower head! Seriously! I've never bought a filter for my showerheads, but after doing some research, I realized the hard water may be severely affecting my skin, causing discomfort and itchiness/flakiness, mostly on my scalp. This showerhead is high quality. It comes packaged neatly, feels sturdy, and works well. I am super happy with this purchase!

Works great. Love the dual head feature. Easy to put together. I had a small problem after about 5 months of use and a small plastic piece broke. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement part immediately! Very happy with how fast they were able to help me and take care of it through Amazon. Very happy with the shower head and the service.
