I should have trusted the reviews. The quality of this massager is garbage, compared to the previous Wahl one I had. I was dubious as soon as I lifted it out of the box and found it was *much* lighter than my old one. The reason quickly became apparent -- they cheaped out on the motor. (Terrible decision on Wahl's part, because I would've gladly paid more for a quality product that actually worked. Instead, I'm returning it.) It doesn't have enough power to do anything helpful. If you apply even a small amount of pressure, it's not strong enough to continue vibrating. It just strains and stops. And to add insult to injury, it's gratingly noisy compared to the older model. Don't waste your time or money on this, even if you liked previous versions. It's nothing like it used to be.

Not nearly as strong as was advertised. I put it on high, and it feels like low compared to the one I had before.

This strength motor is for facial and head massage. The older model is good for body massage. This company need to put the older stronger motor back so I can buy it for my body massage. For now I just use this as scalp massage

The longer handle helps me to reach over my back for my shoulder when it aches, and also easier to reach my feet. It is a little larger and heavier than I thought it would be; but it has a nice long cord and is easy to use.

powerful enough to do the job on deep muscle massage just wish the battery charge was longer

It has minimal power and doesn't do all the cool things it's described to do. As far as I'm concerned, it's junk.
