It takes a bit to germinate but once it gets growing the results are good. I have put down other products that refuse to sprout. Ease of coverage and good results

This product is amazing! I had used a different brand and it did nothing compared to this. I had some less than ideal soil but this seed took hold and now I have a beautiful lawn. It has grown over 6 inches in the last couple weeks. I am beyond words. I plan on doing more of my yard next year and this will be right at the top.

It’s a little hard to spread evenly but the seeds sprout in a about a week.

A bit expensive but works great so all n all worth it

Lots of mulch and very little grass seed. For the size of the bag, it really doesn’t cover much yard at all.

I had my gardener put this down in a large area where he removed a bush. I then put it in about 30 small holes that we made by squirrels digging up my lawn, and an area around my mailbox that the handyman dug up to fix my maibox post.I faithfully watered it, per the directions. It takes ALOT of water due to the expanding mulch. But watered I did.It's been 2 full weeks. There has been absolutely no new growth whatsoever. Now I still have the large brown area from the bush, the mailbox and all the holes, my water bill ( the town I live in owns the water company and we call it liquid gold, but to water the large area, over and over, and fact that it just keeps absorbing water due to the expand mulch - I probably spent 20$ on water), and I'm out the money.I had read reviews before that said the same thing. I should have listened and just put down grass seed.Now I have to leave town for a month, don't have time to water everyday and will have the big spot on my lawn from the bush, all the rest, for at least 6 more weeks.I take pride in my lawn, this has been an epic fail. I'd strongly advise anyone reading this NOT to buy this product.

Good value and seed was dry and worked great. Apply thicker layer for a fuller look. With gentle watering almost daily, we had grass about 1" in height within a week.

Have tried reseeding some spots 3 and 4 times and no luck even with regular watering and incorporating the seed lightly. It is July so a tough time to try to start grass, but gave this a shot. Not inexpensive but grass coming up well in about 1-2 weeks. Cheaper than reseeding several times
