I received it on time and product is of great performance. I am happy with the product. Only one issue with the Windows 11 Activation Key which I have not received. Any idea how to get it?

1. You are NOT getting an invoice for your purchase, even if you request for it.2. There is NO SERVICE in UAE.3. I have a problem with the keyboard layout and cannot find a proper driver for the keyboard in the Windows 11 included. I contacted Lenovo UK support and they tell the device was purchased from Ivory Coast and the keyboard driver should be French. However the French keyboard driver is AZERTY layout while the device is QUERTY. The special characters seem be the same. Upon informing Lenovo support their reply is to contact Microsoft regarding the problem since it is Windows related and not their problem. Totally useless...4. Seller cannot be reached.Unfortunately the return window from Amazon has already closed, so probably I will have to dump the Lenovo since it cannot be used properly at all.

As mentioned by earlier reviews, product is really good but windows activation is a challenge with product key issues. Communication with the seller though fixed the issues, having a proper service support if not based in dubai is extremely difficult. Lenovo warranty might be likely expired as was in my case.

I bought the product for personal use and then encountered the issue with the windows as the provided key 🔑 had failed to activate the windows, so I reached out to Amazon customer support, they connected me to the seller, they sent me new activation key and now the laptop 💻 is so great. The screen is smaller than my old laptop but I have adjusted to it and don't miss the larger screen. It runs very fast. Screen quality is excellent. I don't use it for video games but I download and play lots of music, sell on E-Bay, and watch Disney+ , Netflix, and listen to Amazon Music. I am 70 years old was able to set up and use this laptop with no problem. The only thing I don't like is that computers in general do not come with more than one USB port and do not have a CD/DVD player. I bought a player and also a USB hub so that solved that problem. I have more that enough space on the SSD drive. I am very happy with my Lenovo which was suggested to me by a person who repairs computers.

Great laptop for the price I bought this so I could play retro games and it's a very good computer also comes with 3 months free of Microsoft pass for PC game
