I ordered the xs and I wasn’t sure if it was too small. I emailed the company and shared photos. The company responded within 24 hours and recommended the small instead. They immediately shipped the new muzzle and didn’t require the return of the xs. I will donate the xs to the animal shelter in my hometown. This would be the perfect muzzle for a small dog! As described ,measurements are vital. Please do so accurately. As advised, if between sizes do order one size up. The muzzle fit our Senior dogs’s snout perfectly, but was too snug on her head. I contacted the seller and had the best customer service! They sent an email response immediately! So rare to have customer service like this, I look forward to shopping with them again and highly recommend this company. The product itself is so light and airy, I’m sure the proper size will be perfect. They even include instructions on how to introduce this to your dog if they’re unfamiliar with a muzzle. Excellent product!

Why is this little monster not wearing a muzzle …she took it off in 35 seconds. Didn’t want a big intense one for her because she is actually not a monster. I’m joking, but she does. Use her teeth to get attention and I was trying to retrain her a bit, but I didn’t want a big intense muscle on her and this seemed to be perfect. It was very light and I liked the feel of it and it felt very sturdy when I opened it, but the problem is, she was able to get it off under a minute and then hide it under the bed. So I think thatIt needs to come with more instructions to tell you how to get it to stay on because if that didn’t work for me

Love this muzzle. Love the little holes that allows my dog to breath so much better thru his mouth yet keeps him from nipping me when I de-shed his thick winter coat. My dog is 18 lbs with a small Pekinese face. Small fits great and it is adjustable. He isn't crazy about any muzzle but he tolerates this one well.

The item I ordered did not fit my dog well. I wrote to the company Mayorzon2 and they responded promptly. After sending them a picture of the dog wearing the item and they sent a free replacement immediately. Their service and their product are both of the highest quality. I recommend this seller! the item is durable, effective, well designed and well worth the price.

So far this has worked well for stopping my dog from eating all the random things he finds outside. It's very easy to put on, keeps him safe from ingesting something toxic, and is made pretty well.

item was a little bit bigger then the measurement...said up to 5' its bigger then 5'....so its a bit loose....but its very well made and soft up against my dogs face. She will only being wearing it during nail cuttings....so it will work fine....

Very well made muzzle, unfortunately I had to return it because my puppy was still able to eat the mulch. that is the main reason I bought it was so he couldn’t eat mulch cause that’s what it said that they can drink water but not eat.. However it was made with good material.
