Superb Tiny Mobile Telephone That Works Well
This is the smallest mobile telephone (7.35 cm long by 2.35 cm wide by 1.4 cm thick) that I have ever seen, in whole of my life! What is more, it works! Fully charged, it promises a 3 day standby time (I have to charge my Samsung smart phone everyday to keep it powered up) and 180 minutes talk time! The sound level and quality of the ear speaker is good (I can still hear a caller when standing on a pavement next to a busy London road). When you unlock the keyboard, you have to press two buttons on the keyboard fairly quickly, this ensures that no phone calls are made by accident. A lot of thought has gone into the design. Key in a phone number to call and each number is clearly announced from the small external speaker, the sound quality and volume is superb. Messages can be read by scrolling the display using the down and up arrows. Amazing, an extremely small phone that works and is also practical. I bought this phone to permanently keep in my jacket pocket and not take up too much space. It takes a micro sized SIM card. Zanco make a similar sized phone called the Zanco fly. I own one a Zanco fly mobile phone as well as this Zanco bee mobile phone and am equally pleased with the performance of both designs. I have bought 3 more Zanco fly phones for Christmas presents for my friends - I hope they will enjoy ownership of these novel mobile telephones which have a good performance. I have yet to test the 3 days standby and 180 minutes talk time performance. N.B. Both phones are shipped with a very short (24.5 cm long) 5V USB charging lead, no USB charger is shipped with either product; any 5V USB charger or standard computer USB port will charge these two phones.

Waste of money No sim stay in the phone no matter what I have done with it , it won’t take a sim waste of money

nice little gadget but flimsy
Great little phone but the lanyard clip broke as I was setting it up- it wouldn't matter if you did.t wear it round your neck. but this was the whole point for me. Seller was obliging about refund

Charging problems
I've had phones from zanco before and I'm generally impressed. However despitethe claim that all these phones are tested before shipped out, approximately half havenot charged when arrived. When I got this beep one, I thoughtit was another case of a non charger, however upon experimentationwith a combination of plugs and cables, I'm now convinced that the plug needs to be inserted 'just so' Meaning it's very lose and can wiggle from side to side quite a bit and only charges when it's just right. I find this to be a design fault and the plug should snap/secure in position like 99% + of micro USB items out there . I'm by no means a technophobe, so rest assured this was not my fault but the design of the charging socket. Will be returning
