Good for home exercise
Bench is good 👍 but the biceps 💪 holding part is very small and the rubber is useless. Anyway it's enough for one person do exercise. Thanks

My husband uses this hand grip trainer while exercising and he likes this one a lot...so happy to found this one here

Bench grip not good
Lower gripping teeth lock on bench slip while doing workout. two times it happened during workout.

I use it for 90% of my workouts now its very universal and simple, some clarification on the degrees of the notches wouldve been nice but a protractor should do the job just fine.
