VERY SOFT AND COMFORTABLE!
I bought two sets. One for my home, and one for my gym bag!Doesn’t hurt my our arthritic hands, and are completely adjustable. You can even wear them on your ankles!Easy to hold, especially two or more, so you can have a Can you take a picture with this heavier weight.

Great Exercise Booster
Great for Upgrading walks! I bought a "Heavy Hands Book" on eBay which describes the benefits - swinging your arms on a walk provides some of the benefits of heavy weights due to the number of reps... burns mor calories too.

This is amazing
I got this for my best friend‘s mom to help her exercise while she’s sitting down. The quality of the weight is really good and the colors pop, which is her favorite part. It’s very effective for an elderly person to exercise with the equipment it has a handle where they can easily lift and it’s also not too heavy

Easy on the wrists
I have been looking for some light weights that don’t bother my skinny wrists. These are great because the band helps spread the weight across the hand and they are easy to hold. I like the multiple sizes/weights. Very easy to use during a walk or with other stretching exercises. Love the different colors. Good price.
