I found out that the item was warranted for 180 days, the Amazon 30 return had ran out already. I contacted Amazon and told them about it -- and they offered to send email me a Shipping Label for a return and refund. After speaking with the Seller and being so nice I would like to modify my 1st Review -- All is Well Now. I guess i just happen to get a Lemon.Does not work for Me...Just a Paperweight now. I just now opened the Box today, since I needed to jump my small Kubota Tractor -- IT DID NOT WORK. and it had a 98% charge on it. Few days later I tried using it on my Polaris and did not work with it also -- Will never purchase this Model ever again... (Update) I did get a refund even thou it was 30 days past Amazons Refund Policy --- The company who produces this model stated in their Description it has a 180 day Warranty, and it had not been that long yet since i purchased it. So Amazon sent me a Return Shipping Label, So that was nice of them.

I purchased this in 2023. I’ve never had to use it until recently. It worked very well. I’m buying a second one for my car.

It is new, but I had to use it. Had a vehicle that would not unlock the doors. No dash lights. Had my concerns. Last time I had a power box and it would not do much. Maybe got 1 try before it gave up and just dimmed the dash light when I tried the starter. Now, this thing, Put on the Positive power post and a car ground (not the battery posts). This whizzed the car motor over and started right up. Amazed!Easy to carry around and doesn't take up as much space as my battery box does. I have ready to take every time I go. Do not leave in the vehicle. Left a OBD 2 scanner in my car over the summer and now it's a brick.Anyways, a good product. Got it on special or lighting deal. Have not used anything else, but it does have ports for usb's and a power (Cigarette lighter) adapter.

This is great will jump my ford f150 battery from completely dead. To start in about 2to 3 seconds. And I can do it about 4 to 5 times on one charge and it still has about 10% battery left. Definitely worth the money, especially to not be stranded somewhere.

I ordered this battery charger in February 2025. I had no need to charge a battery until recently. The charger failed to start my son’s small Nissan pickup. His battery charger worked perfectly. Of course, the window to return this charger had long passed. However, the seller reached out to me and offered to send a replacement charger. And it arrived very quickly. I’m in search of a battery that needs charging so that I can try it again. So, the 4 stars is because I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. But the customer support was quick and flawless! If it starts a vehicle, or mower or side by side I will go 5 stars.

I purchased the HPBS-H2000 jump starter for my son last Christmas, and it has already proven its value. He has used it five times so far. Since he drives short distances daily, his car battery doesn’t have enough time to fully charge. This February was particularly harsh in Wisconsin, and this jump starter saved him from quite a bit of trouble.Seeing how useful it was for my son, I decided to get one for my own car as well, given that my battery is over ten years old. Although I live in a warmer climate and don't face extreme weather, I figured it’s better to be prepared than to risk being stranded.I did notice something odd about the product naming. This model is called the H2000, but it's rated for 4000 amps, while the H3000 and H5000 models are named in line with their respective 3000 and 5000 amp ratings. Shouldn’t this one be labeled as H4000 instead of H2000? Just curious!

I was having some battery issues with my car. This came in so clutch! It's terrible to be stranded on the street with your kiddo. Waiting or hoping someone will help with a jump. Let alone have jumpers on them. This takes care of that hassle. It's easy to setup and to use. It stays charged for a long time and I can use it as a temporary external battery in a emergency.

After using this product a couple of times it began charging slow. I contacted the customer service department and they were able to troubleshoot the issue and send me a new charger. This is excellent 👍 customer service.
