How come I can't use a heat tool for popping bubbles?

I think they are just afraid it will melt the mold. I still use a heat gun and haven't had any issues.

Is a release agent needed prior to use?

I didn`t need anything to take them out of the molds. I'm guessing using a release agent will make them easier to release.

Can anyone tell me if there is any deformation after receiving the molds?

No, they are well packed in the box without any deformation and the surface of the mold is smooth.

How do you remove air bubbles in the resin if you can’t use a heat gun or torch?

Use 91% alcohol. It pops bubbles. Also you’ll have less bubble if you set your resin In warm water for about 10/15mins before mixing it. I either sit my bottles in a sink of warm water or I set my poured cups in a bowl of war water. DO NOT HET WATER IN YOUR RESIN. Hope this helps.
