Remote comes well packaged and looks almost identicle to the original. It also connects to the TV without issues. However, that is where the good stuff ends.Most of the time you have to press the buttons 2-3 times before it actually responds, the wheel works okay, but it's not very nice when pressing any buttons, feels cheap. Also the Ok button/Wheel button turns the TV off, a lot of the time, which is more than annoying. Also I have noticed that the Voice commands don't work. It does appear on the TV when you press the button, burt when you speak it does not detect Voice. I don't know if this is a fault with my Paticular one, or if this is just the way they are.The original remotes are really good (the best in my opinion) and this is just a let down. It might be Okay to see you over untill you can get an original one delivered, but to be honest if I could choose again, I would of choose to save the £14.99, and just gone straight for the original. This just really isn't worth it.

This remote and ones like it is a perfect example of some of the junk available on Amazon that looks the part but performance is absolutely dismal. While it attempts to function like an lg magic remote it is sluggish, buttons fail to work or randomly sends the switch off command to your tv. Do yourself a favour and purchase a replacement remote from a reputable brand like One for All.

The centre button on the remote is a bit loose with no defined click as you turn, so you can easily zip past the channel that you want. Also ,on occasion, a button input will turn the TV off (bit annoying). The pointer function works well and the remote itself seems reasonably well made.

The item completely succeeds in replacing your lost or broken LG remote. Not only this but unless I am forgetful of the original, it has an additional function in a scroll wheel in the OK button. This works well but I have to say my impression is of greater latency than I recall of the original OEM device .At the price point I think it super and yes the latency I feel may be imagined. My only negative is of a tactile position, and that is that it feels materially cheap and over-light in the hand. Easy things for its manufacturer to address but does not alter the fact it works superbly - well hey -exactly as the original remote and you cannot get better than that!

Worked fine from when we got it until today. Tried new batteries and still not working.

Rubbish, break dead easily, the wheel in the centre of remote broke within a week, and was hardly used! Only given 1 star as it won’t let me give none.
