Used these in Rough Country fender flares - did not last!
Mounted these Red and Amber in my Rough Country fender flares on my F-150. Worked great.Update - it’s only been two months with these installed and two have already gone out. Unfortunately, I need to stick with same ones as a replacement so they look the same. Just unfortunate that I must pay to have the flares removed to replace a cheap part.

Good alternative to obsolete neon indicators
I used these LED indicators to show when the infinite controls on my electric range were actually applying power to the heating elements. Because the range uses 240V, I used a series resistor to drop the voltage seen by the LED indicator. At 120 VAC, the indicator pulled about 1.1 mA, so a series resistor of 110 K ohms would be the minimum value but would have to dissipate about 130 mW. I chose to derate everything and used a 470K series resistor instead. This provided 51 V to the indicator which produced adequate brightness in my application and also ensured the resistor would not overheat even if the indicator shorted out.

I needed a 120v LED light for my espresso machine. This one fits perfectly and works great.

They work and are bright

Medium bright, not especially bright. Very thin wires
The brightness is only so-so, not especially bright. You can tell it is on, but it won't be illuminating anything. The connecting wires are very thin and the insulation does not meet US standards.
