Must have for hat collectors!
I love this thing! I had a few old hats that I could get the sweat stains out without damaging them, and i didnt want to trash them. I tried everything. I saw this and it worked on the first try on every hat. Highly recommend this!

Don’t waste your time
Definitely didn’t really clean the hats ever after multiple attempts. Even on the recommended auto option it melted those hats with a plastic clip in the rear. After three to four attempts the hats still kept the sweat stench. I placed the hats on the washing machine and got a complete clean hat and eliminated the sweat smell.

Where's the bottle of cleaner?
Works great to shape hats but so-so for cleaning. Also didn't come the the bottle of cleaner like in the picture.

Great product!
Works really well on my snapbacks. Do not leave the hat in the machine too long after the cleaning/steaming cycle because it will leave your hat a little wetter than you may want. The steamer and the cleaning solution had my hats looking brand new and not bent out of shape. It’s also extremely easy to use.

Es solo para planchar la gorra!! Antes de meterla a la maquina yo recomiendo darle una lavada con agua fria y ya después meterla a la maquina!!

Not worth the money
I got this to clean my hats. It gets them wet and that is about it. Control did not look like the item and if you check U-Tube it will show a different one than what I bought. You have to turn it on, hit the stop button and then the start button. If you don't do it within 10 seconds the machine shuts off and you have to start all over again. They talk of an ironing feature, never seen it working. Tried a few times and hats came out just like they never went in. Good luck. I would try something else before you drop the money on this one at almost $150. Don't throw away your cash.

Si limpia muy bien las gorras, algunas hay que darles una limpiadita con el cepillito que viene antes de ponerla en la máquina. También le regresa la forma a las gorras
