Just the job for my aching feet!

I find this helps with my foot pain although I’d prefer it to be bigger in size . It is compact , I only have size 9.5 uk sized feet but my feet are quite wide . This roller I find make my foot bend up at the sides and I find it hard to get a good firm push on the small spikes.

Purchased this and a few other items to test and found d this to be the best of all of them. It’s simple to use and is shaped to prevent your foot slipping off like it can when using a round ball. I found leaving this under my desk was useful as I can slip my shoe off have a quick roll anytime I want. It’s almost a comforter. My heel pain was also unnoticeable after a few weeks but I went and tore the Achilles in the other leg, so with 2 weeks in plaster and crutches the bad foot took all the weight again and the pain has come back. Trusty roller is back in use and helping. One word of advice of you have a big dog - they will think this is their toy!

Only been using this for a week, but it has already done a great job of relieving the pain from Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot. Great little massage roller, especially for less than £10.

well im not sure this cures or helps with my sore foot. ive tried using this and im either a wimp as it seems to hurt after a while due to the little dimples on the actual roller or im doing it wrong . i will keep trying to use this item as all help to relieve the pain in my foot is a help. I am not convinced it will help at all though . It is a sturdy built item though and if all else fails it will make a good dogs toy i reckon.

Muy recomendable. La verdad que cumple su función y sientes un alivio inmediato de la zona a tratar. Es relajante y sientes como se relaja la tensión de la zona del puente y metatarso.

Produit robuste et très mobile. Très bien pour soulager les douleurs des pieds .
