Appreciate having something natural to help help with moisturizing. Works. feels good. I've had it for ~3 weeks, using just a tiny bit every day or more often. It is good, and I'm much less itchy, but still itchy in places. My pee is not burning like before. I'm 57 years old, so not in the beginning of menopause. It feels pretty good and seems to work. No problems with staining clothes.

It really does feel nice. No smell or strong chemicals. The itch is gone.

First, I am so pleased to find this organic product is American made! It works better than the others I have tried. What is so pleasant is the fact that there are no added chemicals and boy does it work! I have tried other "balms" that had so many additional chemicals and really did not protect my tender vulva skin from acidic urine! Most people do not realize that human urine changes throughout the day based upon what you drink. I highly recommend this product for fellow female senior citizens who have bladder issues and must wear bladder pads all day. This product prevents any painful irratants from burning our vulva.

Works well to keep area moisturized. But it didn’t give me instant relief and caused several yeast infections. My gynecologist told me there’s lots of sugar in this cream and yeast loves sugar. I’ve been suffering from vaginal atrophy and I just don’t think this is the right product for that condition.

Going through that change in life and this helped me a lot! I use it every day. Apply it liberally!

I was skeptical about this product but Iiked that it is all natural. I needed relief from excessive itching that was not due to yeast infection and I had tried all the creams from pharmacies. What a relief to use this and begin to feel better after just a couple of applications. Not sure why it works but it does and I hope I can continue buying it from Amazom.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. No more itching, dryness and painful moments of getting "stuck" to my clothing or myself. If you know, you know! I will definitely be purchasing again...and again...and again... Update: A very little goes a long way. No need to slather it on. I would like to see this in a tube as well, to carry in my purse. I love this product!

My lady parts are so much softer & comfortable with this cream. I suggest all women keep this one in their cabinets.

I have tried several creams for itching and this balm works to stop itching and burning after the first application. I will keep using this balm for sure. I also bought small make up spatulas to apply the cream so it wont get under my fingernails as it is quite thick like an ointment or body balm. I also like that it has no scent. Finally something that works for me!

It works! I love the texture, it’s not liquid like coconut oil and the last one is not a solution for me at all. It’s not that cheap but one pack is enough for more than 1 month.

I purchase for itching & dryness on Amazon due to having a serious problem down there for 2 days. Decided to try this product due to the reviews. (Mistake #1) I have very sensitive reactions to any type of scents & this one says Organic & Fragrance Free. So got the product today & was really disappointed that it wasn't a cream. Opened the jar & its a big hard chunk of wax like substance, far cry from what a cream is! I thought well I'll try it since I can't return it. Had to soften it up in the jar to be able to get some on my fingers. Applied & was so surprised (and mad) that it DOES have a scent. Tried sitting at my desk after applying to get some work done. About 10 minutes goes by & I'm getting a burning/ itching.White big hard particles may me very scare don’t trust this product
