One of the pouch was tampered and half of the powder was already spilled out and the one who packed it must have noticed about that. I used another one for descaling. It was really nice and good amount of stain is removed

After using this product, a bad smell started coming from our washing machine. We are really disappointed with the result. Our washing machine is only 2 years old and was working perfectly before using this product.

The product didn’t clean my washing machine properly, and I didn’t notice any improvement even after using it as instructed. Delivery also took more than 10 days, which was quite slow. Not satisfied overall.
