It's been a difficult year for me with sciatica, and other issues with pain, However, this supplement has been amazing. I'd taken other brands and loads of Ibuprofen,but this one is great. I use the topical cream and roll on as well. I highly recommend the Penetrex brand.

I have problems with cold weather making me cramp, and this supplement is a good value, is very effective, and works well. The one I ordered also had the roll on for muscle strain and pain, and it smells nice, with the bonus of not getting it all over your hands.

I have had RA for 56 years. I didn't notice any improvement in my pain level having taking this for almost 3 weeks now. Since I swallow the capsules whole I have no impression of the taste. Spring and Fall are my most difficult times with the arthritis. One the temperature stabilizes my pain levels also stabilize.

I received this by my mistake. I thought it was cream. I decided to keep them and started to try them.I only took one pill because I am taking other vitamins. In a few days I was washing dishes and my backwasn’t hurting. It always hurts when I do any housework. I was very surprised and glad that I kept them.

Didn’t notice any change after taking for 30 days. I use their cream but the capsules didn’t do any relief.

These pills are better than the cream in a sense, although they are the same. I cannot believe I' walked six blocks without even knowing that I walked 6 blocks I have been sidelined with mobility for many years this particular brand is extremely good. I know it might seem pricey but I urge anyone who may read this, make the one time purchase you will not be sorry, I am not advocating for anyone but myself. I already have another bottle on the way that's how great they are and potent. No upset stomach.
