I love this work positioning lanyard. It feels well made and I trust it when I am climbing towers. The adjuster feels well made and to be made of a lightweight but durable alloy. I noticed there is a video included in a poorly rated review of this lanyard where a user shows this lanyard's ineffectiveness. I would like to mention that the user that posted the review did not give a proper demonstration. When this lanyard is used, there will be force applied to the adjustment point hook, which provides more than enough force to hold the rope in place with zero slippage. I would not consider that particular review to be helpful.The rope has quality stitching with appropriate ratings marks and feels to be made of adequate materials to meet Z359.3. I am not able to test that rating, but I believe from experience this product to be adequate.

Overall this is a great value. I have used this for commercial tree work and had no issues with durability. The only downside is the rope grab is bulky and can get in the way compared to some of the higher end rope grabs. All things considered though I highly recommend this for the beginner tree climber on a budget.

This was new to me since I thought I was ordering something else but ended up using it to do some work on 2 big trees in our backyard. I am a big guy and these ropes held me up like nothing. Super strong rope that has other uses if need be. The quality of the material is very good since it held my big butt up lol

I like the overall quality of this lanyard assembly and the HTP rope should add some additional longevity. The snap hook works smooth and easily with one hand and it has a large throat for easy connections. The adjustable clip point fits the hand well but it is thick and even large carabiners can’t be oriented as generally preferred without additional hardware (see pics) but that’s just a minor complaint and I would recommend this product.I’m using this with a climbing belt that only has a strap for climbing poles and can’t accommodate larger trees. I’ll also start using this lanyard to tie off to the basket of the man lift I generally use to trim trees from.

This is my first lanyard which I got for work around my home and property so I have nothing to compare it to but feel this is an all around high quality lanyard from the rope to the hook and to the adjuster. Nothing about it feels or looks cheap. The hook latching safety mechanism works smoothly and the metal is thick and durable. The adjuster is also thick and durable and is easy to hold and operate. Actually the hole in the adjuster used for the carabiner clip may be a little to thick but that's not really a big deal.Overall I am super happy with this lanyard and trust it will keep me safe when using it. Can't ask for more than that.

Shipping was super off and inconsistent. I pay for prime and nothing has landed on the day it said it would .Item is nice but the material feels cheap only time will tell

This harness is well made and high quality. It is almost exactly the same design as my old harness that eventually unraveled. This particular harness didn't come with it, but some of them come with a wide band with belt loops on the back side which you slip the harness through. The band makes contact with the tree bark, not the harness. As I said this didn't come with the band, but the harness construction with its lack of excess stretch and the adjustable lanyard, and double action snap hook are all top notch.

At this price point it's well made and "I" feel safe when using. The slide holds well and is smooth when adjusting. Not sure that this would hold up for a Professional Daily Use situation, but for my once a month or so use it's been great.

Purchased this with some reservation based on having less quality items generally. This case I am wrong. This lanyard us onpar or superior to any lanyard in have used. Easy rope grab release. Very comfortable and quality is excellent. Used this last week to remove a 40 ft tree and now I am going to order a second one as my more expensive lanyard is more difficult to release while climbing. As a tree Care professional I 100% recommend this lanyard to any professional tree climber.
