I’ve had this case since February. It’s now August and it has been great. It’s pretty chunky, but if you want to protect your phone, then this does exactly that. I work on a building site all day and constantly use my phone, so I need it protected. This is great.The other day I dropped my phone and it just caught a wall and unfortunately the case screen cracked... but luckily my phone was fine! The case did its job perfectly!I have contacted the company, and they are organising sending me a new glass cover, which seems like great service.I’d highly recommend this case. It’s bulky, but it is almost bomb proof!24/01/2021I’ve now bought a second case exactly the same. My first was so good I was more than happy to get another. I did crack my protective glass case again ( my fault for dropping it on numerous times!). After sending me a free replacement for my first cracked screen, I didn’t want to ask for a second.I’d hogh recommend this case.

I’ve had two of these cases, one in red and one in black. I put the first one on in 2017 I think and both are still fine (as of yesterday, the screen on my black one has cracked, so I will e ordering a new one of these cases. The screen still operates perfectly with the crack mind you!)People laugh at the size and Bulkiness of this cover and when they do I simply ask ‘would you do this to a £1200 iPhone?’ And throw it at the floor (just hard enough to make a point). They look on in shock until I show them the lack of damage. This case really is armour. I got the iPhone X in 2017 and i still have it, completely unmarked and in pristine condition thanks to this case.If you have small, weak hands, you won’t enjoy it. If you have small weak pockets, it won’t be for you. If you are reading your phone at night and drop it on your face, you’ll probably be visiting the hospital(!)...But if you want your phone protected beyond concern and don’t mind the extra weight, this is by far and away literally THE best case on the market.

Hard to give a negative review particularly as it has good reviews generally. Personally I had to return it because of issues with the sleep/wake button. Despite following the instructions, the switch was difficult to active inside the case. I even tried to reverse the instruction. Still to no avail.Perhaps I just had a faulty case. The case is of excellent quality though and will give your precious iPhone X that all important full protection.It does make the phone very bulky though and very heavy but that is to be expected. Excellent iPhone protection if your in the building trade!

Its a Heavy Case, and very solid. Both parts of which I actually like, the downsides to it is that it does kill the signal quite a bit, and I am not all that keen on the LANHEIM in white paint etched into the front, Its either got to go, or the case has to gothe other awkward bit is the on/off switch, it takes quite a bit of force to actually get it working, and as its recessed in, can be hard to find at first. The other iPhone XS I put into a non metal military grade case, a lot lighter, better signal and easier to manoeuvre around, also NO big Advert for the case on the front . The wife has decided that the other case is much better, and now wants that one...

Ordered a different case and decided to return it straight away as I was not satisfied with the quality of the product was such a great price.I remember once only and in case similar to this one and decided to give it a go again and as I remember I fell in love with it as well. The case might be quite bulky but I prefer this as it will keep my phone safe from all damage in the near future as I am a construction worker. The case sturdy and does what is meant to do, protect the phone in all cases that could occur while being at site . Solid even if a tad heavy, but that isn’t any problem for me.3 weeks later and a problem… A ‘petrol’ coloured stain has appeared on the screen and is visible on locked and home screens. Doesn’t affect taking photos or their result, but it is SO ANNOYING! I’m afraid I can no longer recommend this case.

Feels really solid and safe, which is what you want for your new phone, but it does seem to have one main flaw in as much as there is a rainbow affect between the case and the phone screen which you seemingly can’t get rid of. I’ve opened the case back up and cleaned it before re-assembling it multiple times and after a day or so, the rainbow affect is back, it’s driving me mad. I’ll likely keep the case on and learn to live with it, but it’s definitely annoying. Seller (Lanhiem) picked up my review and sent me another, sadly the rainbow affect is still happening every time I open the case up, clean it and put it back together, so can recommend the company and the rigidity of the case, but not perfect.***UPDATE***The after sales team got hold of me to inform me that they have resolved the issue mentioned above and I can confirm that is the case. No rainbow effect anymore and I love the case. Makes my phone feel safe and doesn’t hinder use of the phone at all. Lanheims Customer Service has been great also. Would recommend.
