Very cool that they read the reviews and do everything in their power to make it right. 5 stars!Received the chair very quickly. Easy to put together. Instructions are online in a PDF only. Love the chair, but I realized that after I put it all together… there is a chunk missing off the armrest! It wasn’t inside the box. Frustrating to pay so much money for a damaged item.

This chair is SO comfortable. It reclines far enough to comfortably "rest your eyes". The head rest is adjustable for height and tilt, the seat is adjustable, arm rests are plush. I made the mistake of letting my man sit in my chair (I use it for work) to play his video game-he fell in love with the chair (he is 6'3). He kept talking about how awesome the chair is, so I bought him one for Christmas. Needless to say, now he wants one for his office...Christmas is coming, so...

I like the chair, like the support it gives. LOVE the fact that everything needed to put the car together was with the chair. So good so far!! I only gave 4 stars because I didn't like the fact that my chair package was left out in the open on my front porch which isn't enclosed. My box was opened sitting out there and lastly I wasn't notified that it had been delivered. I didn't get the normal Amazon notification email stating it had been delivered etc. I just happened to be leaving out my house and came across my chair sitting outside.

I'm a larger person (6'4" 230) and this chair fits me well. It is comfortable and for the price I'm happy.

This chair is very comfortable. I was using a regular dining room chair and my back was killing me. This chair has taken away the pain. If there was one thing I could improve it would be to be the tension spring when I lean back. I wish it was a little stiffer. I have tightened all the way but it’s still not a lot of resistance. That being said, it’s not a deal breaker. I still love the chair, especially for the price.

Easy to put together! Has helped tremendously with my back pain. The back extension is dope!!!

Very good back support. This chair is an awesome price for the quality. I went to a office equipment store and similar chairs were marked $450-$650.

Half way through assembling, the cheap metal sleive / slot that a screw is supposed to go into is broken free inside the plastic. Now the screw that's part way in won't go in or out. Can't finish assembling. And they want me to put it back in the box to return it, but since I can't *usassemble* it either, it's not going to fit back in the box. NO support, and the original company is already not around (call this phone number for support - which is disconnected).Absolute garbage
