After trying many other brands of camera I have found this make (Zosi) to be the most reliable of all.The picture quality and low light capabilities of these cameras are amazing and now have 3 of them! I had trouble setting up cameras previously but that was due to router troubles. These have been glitch free. When I contacted customer services they were absolutely brilliant (Ami) helped me with the setup problems all throughout the holidays and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this company all round and would also recommend the cameras.

So, very sceptical when buying this ( 1 item) initially... Could it be any good for less that £30? Wow, literally wow... Yes it can and it blows other major brands out of the water that I have currently, bought as an add on for the garage / garden black spot and as you can see bought 2 more that arrived and are now going to replace the 2 outdoor ones I have currently on the house... Amazing value 2 way audio (ok it's not hifi quality but no camera audio ever is but it's enough if needed for a deterrent) Spotlight too that can be auto or manually activated Human tracking and mapping so doesn't activate what you don't need it to i.e pavements etc. And can set to not activate if a pet or similar goes past Free app easy to use and free storage (can upgrade I think but I've not had to) SD card storage locally too Overall it's very very good value and I'm from Yorkshire so trust me we are tight up here and look for a bargain and at twice the price this would be still excellent value Buy with confidence

For the price it is very good quality; the picture quality is first rate, and the features are excellent. The only reason I have given it 4 stars is that info on adding to 3rd party systems is practically non-existent. The camera does not have a web interface; only ports open are Telnet (23) and RTSP (554). With the latter I was able to add to Synology Surveillance Station by configuring as a user defined type (attached image). Unfortunately this does not allow the use of the PTZ function, but it does allow continuous recording to NAS, which is what I actually wanted. Good little camera for the price, but just bear in mind the fiddling you may need to do to get it to work with anything other than the supplied app!

Below you’ll find… Heat problems, Wrong Accessories and Onvif not working. Continuing my hunt to find a decent low price PTZ I purchased this camera and after having it turned on for around 30 minutes in a cool room while setting it up, the bottom of the camera below the lens became really hot! so I unplugged it. I’ve chosen to return it and not risk putting it outside, if the sun gets on it I think it will either break or set on fire, it’s not worth the risk. The IP66 hood for the RJ45/Ethernet plug is the wrong size (pictures to show). The camera connects to the app and functions properly though there’s not many features, which I expected. The pan/tilt works but it’s really slow and you can’t adjust the speed of it. The app is abit of a pain when Setting it up. I also tried to connect it to a NVR and a HVR but the Onvif wouldn’t connect, the camera IP address couldn’t be found over Wi-Fi after connecting it to the app and the camera would show up but wouldn’t connect via Ethernet either. (The Camera might not like Hik… DVRs/HVRs/NVR’s). The camera doesn’t have a web interface. The camera has a big watermark/Logo in the top right corner that you can’t switch off like some other camera’s. The Audio worked fine, just don’t have your phone too close to the camera. The lights worked okay. The bit of footage I saw from the phone app, the colour/day image quality looked okay. (I Didn’t get to really test it though). Unfortunately I couldn’t do the in-depth testing and review I would have liked to do with the camera like testing night vision, OSD menu’s etc because of the camera getting too hot problem. It’s possible that it could’ve been a faulty camera that I received but I won’t be taking any chances ⭐️.

Definitely worth buying, I didn't expect to get that much for the small amount I paid. It’s a real bargain as it has movement tracking each by the way is a new and very useful feature. AI detection, you can set it to detect even pets cars, packages. This camera really chases you when you are in its range. Very nice and new features. You control everything from your phone. No need to climb to adjust position. Also customer service is great. Every question got response really fast. Buy with confidence,worth every penny.

As I had Zosi cameras before I was sure the device would be of decent quality and the price was great. The camera arrived promptly and seems to have a good quality and is sturdy. Set up was easy and fast and everything worked as it should. Only 3 stars given because the whole reason for purchasing was because it was supposed to work with Alexa. Tried everything but after enabling the "skill" in the Alexa, no device was found. Reset everything several times but no success. Camera returned and looking for alternatives.

Bought this to keep an eye on my car's parked around the back of my house at residential car park and it's fantastic, puts my mind to rest so much, the picture quality is fantastic, and all the other features work great to such as motion detection it follows the person or object as it moves, in all a great camera and am going to buy more for the rest of my house to put my mind at rest when I'm at work all day or go on holiday, highly recommend this camera to others easy to setup and easy to use and for the price, amazing

Je les déconseille. 2 caméras commandées, la première ne fonctionnait pas, la seconde les leds infrarouge ont cessé de fonctionner après une ou deux semaines. Même le montage n'est pas top.

I bought this item to add to my security cameras I already had. If I would have known the kind of customer experience I would of had I would have bought all my other cameras with this company. So I bought this camera to add to mine because I needed more visual on areas due to issues around us. So I ordered it and got the camera really quick but I couldn’t get it to work so I contacted the company and from the very start I had such a wonderful experience. Louis contacted me right back and had me do a few things but it didn’t work so he said immediately for me to verify my address so that he could send me another one to test. Once I verified my address Louis sent the camera right away I got it within a day or two. The camera is better then the ones I have. The picture is clear and night vision is perfect. It does everything it says it does and is very much worth the price. The customer service here is without a doubt the best I’ve come across. If I sent an email Loius and Cathy always responded right back. So the camera came and it worked. Louis was aware that I needed this camera due to the issues I told him and saw to it it was here fast so I would feel safe. Louis and Cathy are the perfect example of how customer service should be handled. This company is a company who takes care of their customer and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy. I can tell you honestly there’s a few company’s I know of who could learn a bit or two from this company. I hardly ever write reviews but this one was definitely needed. If you are looking to buy security cameras and want the best customer service and great quality cameras I strongly suggest you look no further but to this company. I know there’s companies that when you call or write in you get someone different each time and having to explain same thing over and over again but every time I emailed them Louis and Cathy was always the ones responding. To the upper management of this company I want you to know that you have to me the best two employees a company could ever dream of. So like I said this review was in need of being written so that others can know that this company is in fact in my opinion the definition of loyal customer service. I will only do business with this company for all my security camera needs. Louis and Cathy you are without a doubt the best there is. Die Kamera macht gute Aufnahmen ob am Tag oder in der Nacht. Alles für die Installation dabei. Der Preis ist auch okay.
