Very nice tool. Exactly what I was looking for. Good quality. Sharp and useful, also very thick metal so sturdy. Good price. Fits great in my hand, easy to hold, comes with a nice sheath. I kind of wish that it had a clip for a pocket since I rarely have a belt on.

This is a fantastic specialized tool. It has sharp edges like a knife, but is heavy enough to dig. It has a full tang and solid construction. I find it particularly useful for digging narrow holes in hard soil, and for dividing dense root mats. I take it camping and leave the survival knife at home. This tool does it all and better. Its heavy, but that's a consequence of being so rugged and able to handle prying and digging in hard soil. We'll see if use dulls the edges, and if so, whether they can be resharpened. I would think so. Overall this is a high quality item that serves a specific purpose better than any other tool I've seen. For that purpose, its an A+

Japanese gardeners came up with a fantastic product for gardening. This baby is not only great for gardening but for whatever the need you come up with. The quality is first class and the shieth is beautiful. Balance is nice and feels like it will last forever. As a woman I appreciate the craftsmanship and good looks. It's not too heavy but just right for any person and outside job. I 😘 💕 love it and got one for a gift for a woman. Trust me you will be surprised with this product. I will be purchasing more for gifts for my gardening/camping family.

Way better than expected. This is an amazing hand shovel and is extremely sharp on either side, makes cutting through roots and other things extremely simple. It seems extremely well made and I absolutely love the wooden handle. With love and care I believe it's going to be a generational tool to be passed down. I wanted something that was a sharp, tool/weapon on some of the jobs that I'm at where they don't allow a knife but they allow tools... I have to dig around gas risers for a living and this thing is an absolute beast. The scabbard is just a very plain basic nylon sheath and will probably have a custom leather sheath made. Again this is a very durable heavy strong built hand digging tool that is going to last a lifetime. One of my best purchases I've made all year.
