Impressive Packaging
The box of 10 contains individually boxed end mill bits, single flute. I have yet to use one but if they perform as well as they are presented I will be well pleased.

With a bit of fiddling with speeds & feeds, they work well on aluminium.

Werden sehr schnell stumpf
Ich hatte mir die Fräser für meine Selbstbau-CNC gekauft um Alu zu fräsen.Im ersten Moment machen die Fräser einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Die Schnittergebnisse sind wirklich gut. Aber nach ca. 10 m Alu-Fräsen mit einer Tiefenzustellung von 1 mm und 1000 mm/min Vorschub (also nach effektiv 10 Minuten Fräsen) ließ die Schärfe extrem nach.Ich bin davon überzeugt, das man mit den Fräsern Hartholz sehr gut und auch langfristig bearbeiten kann, aber für Alu ist der Verschleiß einfach viel zu hoch.Andererseits ... was will man auch erwarten bei einem Stückpreis von < 3 €? Aber einen Versuch war es wert :-DDemnächst gibt es dann für Alu Fräser von Sorotec.
