Top hooks unusable
This is a very nice looking hall unit. Lots of holding power. The double hook is too close to the bottom of the top shelves, barely 2 mm of space, making them unusable for hanging coats or hats. Assembly requires 2 people, because of how massive and heavy it is. The backing panels were also difficult, some of the places to nail them on don't come in contact with the frame, so we just skipped those.

Not worth the money
The product says a 200 pound weight limit for the bench. I sat on it way below the 200 limit and it bowed and was swaying and not sturdy at all. I immediately requested a refund and put it all back in the box. I’m working on my refund because they are saying the purchaser is required to pay for postage to send to California, with this weight it would cost more than I paid for this product. 100% Dont recommend.

Looks expensive
Shipping quickly, heavy package. Took about 2 hours to put together with 2 people. Fairly sturdy and looks nice. It’s good for what we needed/wanted!

Beautiful Addition
This item is a beautiful addition to my entry, and was pretty easy to put together UNTIL it wasn’t! The holes at the top were not deep enough on the left or right side SO THE SCREWS ARE NOT CORRECTLY IN PLACE. I’ll see how long it last before it is no longer fully together.
