Clipper Organic Sleep Easy Herbal Infusions Tea 6 x 20 Teabags

As a lifelong rubbish sleeper I absolutely love this clipper sleep easy herbal tea. I always have since it first came out because it doesn't have whatever wishy-washy taste that a lot of sleepy teas do have - I suspect they have too much camomile, but I'm no connoisseur. I just know that this is one that feels and tastes like it'll help me sleep and it does. I love caffeine but stop drinking it in the afternoon (did I mention I'm a rubbish sleeper?) and so in the evenings if I want to have a hot drink (and am avoiding the alcohol) this is my go to. Clipper is a great brand and one you used to be able to find on the high street but not so any more, I'm not sure why. I hope they continue making this because it's good, organic, ingredients and company you can trust and really does help me settle for the night.

I am an insomniac and have tried various bedtime teas to help me sleep. Some work reasonably well and others not so much. Most of them do however, have one thing in common - they smell nasty and taste vile to the point where I call my valerian teas "smelly sock tea". This one is different, the valerian is not overpowering in smell or taste, and the other botanicals make it very effective. It works and it is delicious - I have finally found the Holy Grail of sleep inducing teas, happy days! (and nights)

... the best 'bed-time' tea that I have tried. I buy good branded tea and coffee beans but only de-caff as it really gives me too much 'buzz and shake' and has me bouncing off the walls instead of giving me just a lift. I'm not one for herbal/fruit teas but tried this one some years ago when having a bit of trouble falling asleep. I was attracted by the ingredients. As an aromatherapist I know the relaxing benefits of lavender and that valarian is the same ... but stronger. It works 'for me' really well. If you are new to this don't be put off by the preconception of what it will taste like; it is pleasant. And like all teas you can brew it to how you like it. Lately it has disappeared from my supermarket shelf and I am happy that it is available on Amazon ... and at a great price. I have set up a subscription order for regular delivery of the amount of packets I require which means I will never run out and I make an even better saving. Came well packed for safe transit and easy to open.

Arrived promptly and buying 6 at a time is convenient. Good choice for a good night's sleep.

At last a pre sleep drink that doesn't taste like it came from a swamp. I actually enjoy it!! Not sure whether it really does help my sleep quality, but it certainly doesn't do me any harm either. It's a nice little bedtime ritual now which I thoroughly recommend.
