Can this ultrasound gel be used under eye as a lubricant using the sonic eye pen?

Im not in the profession but yeah should be able too as it wont irritate the skin plus if works on ultrasonic equipment then should work on sonic eye but i would ask the professionals

Can it be used with tens?

I didn’t think you needed gel with TENS but if so, then yes
