Yinleader 5000W PRO Voltage Transformer Converter Step Up/Down 110V/220V

I actually purchased a 2000W transformer from Yinleader initially, after moving from Europe back to the States, to support certain appliances. One of which required 1500W power supply, so I thought, without reading enough about the product, that 2000W would cover my needs. After a few months, the transformer began to fail sporadically, and mostly stopped working after about 5 months. I contacted their tech support to see if there were any suggestions (I wasn't hopeful, because I was outside the return and the support windows, both.) Huang in Tech Support, however, answered immediately, explaining that they strongly recommend purchasing a transformer that supplies at least 2x your power requirements, and included the snapshot of their product recommendations. That meant it was my fault that I burned out the first transformer. Instead of leaving it at that, however, which they had the right to do, Huang offered to refund me the first purchase if I was interested in paying the cost difference to the higher 3000W model that I needed. Obviously, that is exactly what I was interested in, and so I took the offer, purchased the new model, got a refund immediately, and am powering all of my appliances again, but correctly this time! Thank you to Yinleader - both making a great product and also standing behind it.

I previously purchased three of the 500W models, and they work perfectly for smaller appliances. One unit did malfunction, but the company replaced it at no cost, so I was happy with their customer service. When it came to our water dispenser, though, I opted for the more powerful 1000W version. It’s been connected 24/7 and performs flawlessly. If you’re planning to use these for larger appliances, such as subwoofers, refrigerators, or anything similar, I highly recommend going with the 1000W version instead of the 500W. It’s better suited for the job, feels more robust, and doesn’t trip the fuse as often. Koorosh

I needed more 220V power at work, but I only had one outlet. This unit to the rescue! Dual 220/240 AND dual 110/120V outlets, with a power input selector switch on the back, has done what I need! I was able to plug into my 220V line, set the inverter to 220V input, and power both ends of my 220V cabinet, instead of having one side doing all the work and creating a nasty whistling noise any time I open the door! Definitely useful for anything, and it basically works anywhere (excepting maybe some parts of Japan which still run on a flat 100V) so if you need power split or converted, this is your device!

I purchased a 220V to 110V transformer in July 2022 for a device with lower power consumption than what the transformer is rated for (2000VA). However, less than a year later, the device suddenly stopped working, causing a complete power outage in my house. After resetting the circuit breaker, the transformer started emitting sparks and a strong burning smell, prompting me to immediately disconnect all power. It has now become completely useless. This product is not only unreliable but also poses a severe fire hazard, as it could have caused a fire if the malfunction occurred when no one was present. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and safety of this transformer. It not only failed to perform its intended function but also put my household at risk. I expected a product that would last longer and provide reliable voltage conversion, especially considering the device's lower power requirements. I strongly advise against purchasing this transformer due to its hazardous nature. The potential for a fire is a significant concern, and the consequences could be catastrophic. I urge the manufacturer to address these safety issues immediately and ensure that their products undergo thorough testing to meet industry standards. Do yourself a favor and invest in a different transformer from a reputable brand. Your safety and the well-being of your property should never be compromised.

Much quiet than my old one , it is heavy make me feeling a wel-built quality but after an hour, it feels warm from it

This is both convert from 110 to 220 and from 220 to 110. It is very useful.

I have two of these transformers , I have been using them for almost a year and they work fine , they are small, silent and do not get warm . I recommend these transformers without hesitation.

Worked for 2 years perfectly, then the switch between 110/220 started to give issues and blew the fuse on the coffee machine. Now it’s hit and miss if it works.
