Good alternative to fish oil capsules
No fishy burps!!! I bought this after reading a Doctor's account of how traditional fish oil tablets are frequently not as fresh as they could be, therefore of questionable medical value. It seems good so far.

Essential part of diet.
As a vegan I was not aware of how important this is in your diet and the adverse affects such as eyesight problems, pains etc. I was recommended this by a friend and all I can say is try it and you will feel the difference.

Vegan and swallowable (just).
Who likes swallowing horse pills?, not me! But as a vegan who needs to improve his HDL levels these algy derived omega 3 capsules are ideal. If it works I'll get back to you in a year's time. If it doesn't work then,.. well, it's been nice knowing you.
