can this be used on a motorcycle helmet visor

NO! You must use the plastic version of Rain-X - See https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rain-84199500-Plastic-Water-Repellent/dp/B0747VTBJT/

Do I need to put in the wind screen washer or you have to apply on wind screen with Cloth!

Use it like polish Wipe on, let it dry, polish off

Do automatic car washes effective rain-x? Thank you.

Unfortunately I cannot help as I do not use automatic car washes. However I do clean my windscreen regularly and a Rain X application usually lasts about 12 'cleans'.

Can I use this on my ring doorbell 2 to stop it from misting up

If it's mist that suggests it's on the inside surface of the lens so no , applying rain x to the outside surface may stop the rain drops .- is the lens on doorbell plastic or glass? - rain x may damage plastic lens surfaces
