As in my other reviews on Nite Ize Gear Ties... this 32" model has proven perfect for the role of swabbing the interior of a 6' CPAP main hose -- rather than scrubbing w/ soap & water and waiting hours for it to dry... the swabbing extends the interval between proper scrubs by nearly a factor of two (now three, since using a hypochlorous acid medical sanitising spray to get to the few inches in the middle the 32" Gear Tie can't directly swab. With both the daily swabbing AND hypochlorous acid (my brand is CleanSmart, also sold on Amazon) to finish before storage... the odour from inevitable pathogen deposition's nearly gone -- only a fraction what it used to be between s&w-scrubbing-only, once a week. Which extends the need for the messy and rather fiddly proposition of that hose scrub, further out -- a definite win for someone wanting to improve ease of use (the scrub is easily the most work of all tasks related to CPAP maintenance). Are there easier solutions out there? Probably. Do I have the resources / cash / arse to get them, now that a couple of $8 Gear Ties, a $12 bottle of hypochlorous spray, and a $10 pack of 1%-phenyloxyethanol wipes have been spent? Nope -- my proc works fine. Am sure something like a shotgun bore cleaning rod and swabs might do the job, but price any worth buying, per reviews?( currently cheapest is $6 more than above supplies). Plus there's no way to clean the close-pitch 'thread' inside a CPAP hose with one, because gun cleaning rods are made for very wide-pitch helices of small arms barrel rifling -- thus the handle swivels so all you do is pull the swab through. For CPAP hoses, you need to manually turn the swab on the other end, only w/ torque on your free end, and Gear Ties allow this, even in 32" lengths. Lastly, Gear Ties are coated with a grippy silicone sheathing that's perfect for CPAP swabbing, as a wipe will slide over it to clean after use, but grip when pressure's applied to it -- like twisting inside a CPAP hose... both the wipe itself, and your fingers on the other end. Will there be a learning curve to doing it this way? Sure, like most things. Is it a bunch less work than s&w scrubbing with a long bottle brush on a spring cable, to air-dry 4 hrs, every 4 days? (as advised by ResMed). Emphatically yes -- sanitising CPAP hoses now takes <20 mins, both hoses -- and I'm rather picky for attn-to-detail, so can prolly be done in less time and still be wholly sano. Fastest I've ever pushed a s&w scrub, is 1 hr for the task, and aforementioned 4 hrs to air-dry -- which I never do since using a mini hi-velocity air blower to blow it out in 2 mins (but will cost ~$90 for the blower, which was already purchased for another task, pushing water off my car's paint during a wash). Can't fault this for CPAP cleaning -- but if you wish to emulate all or part of my proc, may need a bit of investment, but it's affordable and versatile as I could find. Once you get the routine down, it's actually rather relaxing to do, right after getting up. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Solid product. Has so many uses from tie downs to holding things up or wrapping hoses. Really cool product in all their sizes

These are great for tying just about anything together temporarily. I use them for my hoses, electric cords and even to secure a gate to a post or to keep my swing from moving in the wind.

Super nice for tying down gear to the ATV when camping and fishing.

I love these things. The extra length is awesome and I keep them in my hatchback car to help hold things in place when I’m driving. As an example, I bought a gallon of Dawn dishwashing detergent from Sam’s and used one of these extra long orange flex ties to loop around the handle and tie it to an anchor point in the back of my car. It’s also nice that these are made in USA by an American company from Colorado.
