Really nice fitness tracker!
This is a really nice fitness tracker for the price. It has a lot of nice features. It is very easy to set up and use. The battery life is long. The steps and distance seem to be accurate. The heart rate function (beats per min) was right on, I was very surprised! The band is pretty comfortable and fairly easy to put on and take off. The USB connection the wrist band is very handy and convenient when it comes time to charge. I also like that alerts you of texts or messages. I almost missed a few calls because I didn't hear my phone, but felt the band vibrate. Text messages only show once and don't stay on very long. The display is nice, but it would be nice to be able to control the brightness and duration it stays on when viewing. It's better than the Fitbit I used have.

Poor customer service
Ordered a LifeSense 2 Band on 11/29/17 and started using it on 12/1/17. It was reasonably easy to set up and sync to my phone. It accurately tracked steps. I did not use the heart rate feature because it drained the battery too quickly. Overall, I was very happy with the band. However, after only about 6 months of wear, one side of the band failed and would not stay attached. I thought perhaps I could get a replacement band (seems like a reasonable option), but none were available. Soon the other side of the band failed. After about 7 months of use, suddenly the unit started not holding a charge, then it quit working altogether. I have contacted Support@LifeSense.com twice to see if I can get a replacement product since this one failed well within the 2-yr warranty period. I have yet to receive a response. I am very disappointed with their customer service. Today I ordered a different brand fitness band. Hoping to have better luck with this one.

Nice wristband for everyday
The wristband is quite lightweight.Sometimes I hardly notice I'm wearing it.And it’s IP68 water resistant is great, I can wear it when swimming or showering.please ignore the hairs on my forearm.

It worked fine for the first week
It worked fine for the first week, but when it came time to charge it a second time, it no longer worked. I CANNOT charge it and therefore can no longer use it after only a week. Very disappointing.

Heart Rate Monitors Stopped Working
The heart rate monitor stopped working after about 2-weeks. It was the feature for which I purchased the Fitness Tracker.

I liked mine, until it quit working
I bought it as a gift for my daughter. I liked mine, until it quit working, and thought she might like one too. So far, she loves it !
