One of a kind taste
I love the taste of this decaffeinated carob powder.it goes well in coffee,and when I make pudding.Has a wonderful taste,will buy again.

Better than real cocoa powder? Quite possibly!
I don't have good memories of the parent-suggested carob candy of my youth but this stuff is DELISH! I was wary of drinking real cocoa poweder (all those purported heavy metals) and gave this a whirl. I added some to my coffee, which was wonderful. And today I made a hot drink (water, tablespoon of carob powder and maple syrup, and whole milk), and I agree with the other customer who said they like it even better than cocoa! I'm (almost) there!

Taste is fine but it won't dissolve like I thought it should
Carob has no caffeine so I thought I would make hot chocolate with it at night. Unfortunately, it won't seem to dissolve no matter how hot the milk is. I will keep playing with it and see if I can get it dissolved with less powder and add it at the same time I microwave it, not after.

Healthy cacao/cocoa substitute
High in magnesium like cacao is so it's good for muscle cramps, RLS, HBP and so many other things. Also has calcium and other nutrients. Sweeter than cacao or cocoa, makes a great substitute in cakes, brownies, hot chocolate, candies, wherever one normally uses chocolate.
