I got this bookcase for my daughter when she was under one year old. It was great because she could crawl up to it and browse through the books. At that age she was obsessed with removing all the books and crawling into it. She is now 20 months and no longer does this but this is a testament to how well made the item is. It does not yet show any wear and did not break from the constant abuse. I really like the size and how babies and/or toddlers and see the books through the plexiglass and choose which ever book they would like. This was one of the best purchases I made for her playroom.

Best bookshelf for infants. Cannot tip over, no sharp edges, infants can see and get books themselves, infants can put books away when done, and it can also store toys and soft books. It has handle cut-outs do you can easily move it for story time or vacuuming underneath. This brand is so durable and sturdy that it's used by preschools. I've wanted this shelf a long time and after keeping books on the carpeted floor for years, I finally splurged and got it for my second child. Very happy I did!

I have two of these I use as LEGO troughs in a child care program for school age students. They sit at the base of a vertical building wall. Perfect as they can see the pieces they need.

This is perfect for my toddler classroom. We use it to put the mega blocks in one compartment, play food, balls, bristle blocks, etc in the other bin. It makes the materials easy for the toddlers to reach and out away! Plus, they can see what is in each compartment.

Came assembled and ready for books!My girls (2&3) love it! They can pick out books and easily return them to their spot when the are done!
