Good Tip
I wanted to buy an alternative to the phenolic break cue tip that came with my McDermott Stinger break cue. This fits the bill, good, sturdy and effective break tip which has a more cushioned hit when you break and not the (annoying) imho sound that you get from a phenolic tip.

It is not a hard tip!!!
I took off a medium tip , and installed the tiger break tip. So I can break with that cue....problem is , it hits great for a playing cue... IHits like a soft medium tip!!! Why is it not hard or super hard for breaks!!! What a waste of money , do not buy this for breaking!!!

Crooked layers
Get a bigger size then what you need. The layers are pressed together crooked. I don't know if I will be able to save this tip or not.

Works Good
I replaced my old tip that gave the break a little action and now I get quite a bit more on the break.

Boom!?!
Perfect. Put it on my venom 2 shaft, voided the warranty I think, but it's worth it.

good tip
Performed well and met my expectation.

Poor out of shape
I will not be buying tiger tips again. They punch them out and the sides are not parallel. That makes it very difficult to glue it on correctly. And difficult to finish.
