I have been using 4 of these for a while, (some for several years) and they all work great!

Heating pad works very well. It is a good size with multiple heating options. After a year and half, it abruptly stopped working. Supplier was contacted and provided a brand new replacement. Excellent customer service.

I have found nothing to dislike about this heating pad. I received and used the pad today.The pad itself is soft and pliable. I recently had hip surgery and pad has perfect hip to knee coverage. It gets plenty warm, I used second lowest setting of 2 of of a possible 6, temp was perfect for the sore joints and muscles. Such an improvement over my old small 20 year old pad that still worked, but had the shortcomings of age. I wish I had replaced it long ago. No slip covers to slip, and a far wider choice of temperatures. Material transfers the heat to the skin well. Can be sprinkled for moist heat, but I never tried that feature, I didn't find it necessary. Provided it works as well in the future as it did today I will continue to be a happy camper. This is super soft and that’s nice. It takes a long time to get as hot as other plastic-lined heating pads. I would also say that the heat levels 1-6 are a lot lower than the typical heating pad. So the 6 is more like 3 on the cheap plastic ones. It’s not bad though, once it’s hot on level 6 it’s a nice hot level. I use it under my desk for my feet or when it’s cold just to stay warm, so it works for that. It is also a great pad if you want to use it for kids because it doesn’t get that hot super fast. So I feel safe letting my daughter use it when she asks.

I just had to share my excitement about this heating pad I bought! Honestly, I’d never owned one before, but now I’m wondering how I ever lived without it. Got it in advance for my husband’s surgery, but couldn’t resist trying it out myself. This thing has 6 heat settings, and I only cranked it up to 4 – and let me tell you, it was so cozy! I put it behind my back, leaned back, and it was like heaven! Plus, it’s just the right size for your back or tummy, and it’s unbelievably soft. Oh, and can we talk about the cord? It’s nice and long, which is super handy. I don’t have to huddle near the power socket; I can just stretch out and enjoy the warmth wherever I want. Thanks!!!

This item only worked for about one year and then stopped functioning without any reason. As soon as the warranty period passed, the light quit working completely. For something that should last much longer, this is very disappointing. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
