it's so good that I bought another one! I might buy another charger though! it charges my phone very quick, but the time for the charger to be charge does take a while. however, it does what it needs to do, very compact as well-and I probably would prefer this to a slim mag-safe one. I'm unsure why. but I just feel that haha

I purchased this power pack not to use as a portable charger for my phone but to use as an external battery for an infrared night vision device. It works perfectly for my intended use. The capacity is great, powering my infrared device for hours I haven't actually run it out of charge yet. I have used it a few hours at a time over several days and nights and accumulated about 8 hours of "on" time at which point it still have approximately 50 percent charge. It is nicely designed with the tubular shape allowing it to be clamped onto a holder that I have. It feels very solid, nothing rattles or moves. It only weights a few ounces to is great as a portable power source. It has two USB outlets on it, a USB C outlet which is also used for charging and a USB A outlet which I use to connect it to my device. There is a power button on it with four lights around the button. The number of lights indicates the state of charge. As I stated I have used it for hours and never dropped lower than two lights. I haven't used it to charge my phone or any other portable device but based on the capacity I have found so far I have no doubt it would to the job.

Charger worked great for the first few months. And I still recommend the power bank. I used it to power my drone camera because the battery life on those are like 20 mins. This worked very well, and lasted forever. I left the power bank in my car in the beginning of may, not in direct sunlight, or any weird place. And my vehicle's exterior is White, so it's not taking the maximum amount of heat. The power bank stopped working after a hot week in the vehicle. I reached out to EnergyQC as recommended. And they have not responded. It has been 3 months since I reached out for their 1-year warranty(I purchased in Feb 2025). Other than the lack of response from the company, this is a really nice power bank for the price. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: 11/7/2025 EnergyQC reached out almost immediately after my initial review and made everything right! They sent a new power bank and it works as expected. I recommended this brand before, and I still do. Their customer service is impeccable and I recommend this power bank for a compact, cylindrical option for charging your devices!

Works well. Holds a charge.

Worked great for a cosplay staff. I can't speak to how well this works with fast charging/etc. but it did exactly what I needed it to. I used this to power an ESP32 and some LEDs in a cosplay staff, and it lasted all day inside a painted PVC pipe with the sun baking it without issue. It did get hot enough to loosen some hot glue by the end of the day, but I'm calling that the fault of the LEDs and the sun, not the battery. I expect most folks are looking at this to charge their phone, and I can't speak to that, but if you need to power an MCU inside of a pipe, I can confirm it works great for that! :)

Mediocre at best. I purchased for a little glass Christmas tree with an LED light base. Only lasted a few hours.

I bought this to power my portal gun! I charged it then left it on to see how long it would last. After 5 hours and 20 minutes I gave up when I saw only a quarter of the battery was used. This is a great battery pack for what I wanted it for. I was able to discreetly attach it to the bottom of the portal gun with Velcro. I chose this one because the design looked like it could be part of the prop plus I needed one with a usb on it instead of usbc.
