Convenient and easy to use!
This foot rest is very sturdy and I like that I can even stretch my legs out since it can angle forward as you move your legs. This is just one component of my ergonomic setup at home. I need to raise my chair high enough where my neck and shoulders aren't straining to use my keyboard and mouse. This means my chair is too high for my legs, but the footrest makes up for it.
