I purchased these for a beach vacation and they worked great and are very sturdy. I don't like laying flat so the wedge was perfect and inexpensive. You sit on the flat part that has no air so it will not blow away. I covered it with a non sand collecting beach blanket and was very comfortable. Less air and you can lay on your stomach or flatter on your back. It took no time to blow up each time I went to the beach and I deflated and put in my bag when not in use. Beats carrying a chair back and forth.

My husband and I were flying to the beach and wanted something lightweight that we could pack with us to take on the plane. This is only 1 lb per seat and it worked like a charm. Took less than 1 minute each to blow up at the beach. They have the quick inflate valves so they blow up and delfate super quick. Also they fit right in my beach bag- no hauling clunky chairs needed. Just toss a beach towel over and you're good to go. The support was perfect for napping, reading and lounging. The sand doesnt brush off perfectly but they hosed down just fine when we got back to our condo. They also dont fold back up as perfect as they came but what does?

I bought this for a beach trip to Hilton Head a month ago. We carried it in the box it came in to the beach and opened it for the first time on the sand. I forgot to bring my portable air mattress pump so I had to blow them both up by mouth. It wasn't too bad. Blow it up and lay your beach towel over it. Portable and pretty comfortable too. Someone even asked be where I got it from- saying it was "slick".Two main gripes:1. After about 5 hours or so on the beach, it did deflate a little. It wasn't too bad, just be prepared to blow it up again.2. They are a SAND MAGNET! Which is to be expected for something essentially made of beachball material.It would be cool if it came with a separate carrying bag, but we just used our beach bag. Pretty good for the price and I recommend.

I bought these for the reading section of my classroom. The purpose was for the kids to be comfy and relaxed while reading. They don’t deflate, which is good. But the headrest isn’t high enough and the plastic you sit on is simply a thin sheet of plastic- it jumbles up and has started to tear away from the back rest. I wish it had simple rubber backing to help it stay stationary. I feel these are overpriced for what you get.

Poor made, it has places where 3 different pieces are joined and leak. Mine never got a hole, but the joins separated and could not be patched

Read most reviews before puchasing. NOT disappointed. We flew to the Keys for a wedding and extended into a vacation. Wanting to 'sit' on the beach, but not having a beach chair, I ordered these to fly with. Compact for travel. About 2 minutes or less to inflate. Worked wonderfully. And the reviews that mention the part you sit on isn't long, it's not. We just put a towel over ours and it was fine. I think if that part was long, the towel would slide off. If you are flying to a beach and want something inexpensive and compact to travel with, make your purchase; don't second think it. #noregrets

There were only two reviews (both 5 stars) for these when I got them, so I took a chance. Well I agree with those two 5-star reviews. These things are great! I was looking for low back chairs for an outdoor concert, and with those things going for $65 and up each (wtf?) I started looking for alternatives. I found these ($14.99 for 2, at the time of writing) and took them to the concert. We blew up the pillow part, which, if memory serves is baffled, which is nice, sat on the flat part and voila! Instant chair/recliner!This simple little idea is genius. Sitting on the flat part keeps everything in place. I used mine in a variety of sitting (nice back support) and lounging (gently reclined, to pretty much laying down), and was comfortable in all the different positions. I can see how these would be great at the beach, too (with a towel thrown over them). My friend who used the second one, couldn't stop talking about how great it was, and I'm pretty sure she already bought a set.If you don't want to pay stupid prices for cheap folding beach chairs, get these little guys. At $14.99 for TWO, it's so much better than $65 and up for ONE. I really like that you can be comfortable sitting OR laying down. You can't lay down on a little folding chair, so this pillow/mat thing has those things beat in both price and function.

While the product comes in at a low price, I was shocked when I opened the box on vacation and discovered these only inflate on the wedge, not the entire chair. They also have a large hole to inflate, like an air mattress, rather than like a beach float. This made it pretty difficult to inflate without a pump, which thankfully we had on our trip but not at the beach. My son ended up trying it out and we ultimately left the floats for someone else as they were pretty useless. May be ok for normal beaches, but in Florida on the gulf, the sand was just too hot and could be felt through the plastic. I was super excited to use these and an as disappointed in the end. It may say in the description that these do not inflate, but I was hurrying to buy items and the photo made me bieve they inflated, not that they are flatter than a pancake.
