I had this for less than a year and it developed a leak. I tried all the troubleshooting to no avail. I tried product support and was supposedly transferred to the right department and was never able to be connected.

The ability to adjust to a U shape is key for my high flower box. Most are at a right angle that would water the window and not the flowers. The mist setting is perfect for delicate flowers. Based on reviews, I baby it. I fully drain it, including pressing the trigger after disconnecting the hose, & I put away after use. For winter it’ll go in the basement so nothing freezes. Hopefully it lasts.

It's easy to hold but hard to control. Pressure is on/off.

Pros: the handle and spray trigger are ergonomically correct. The flexible part of the sprayer is versatile and can be adjusted for multiple types of watering applications. Multifunctional spray nozzle has all pattern sprays needed for gardening. It’s light weight and easy to maneuver. Has a hook attached for hanging when not in use.Cons: Was priced a bit high. There’s a lot of plastic that can crack or break easily if dropped. Product didn’t come with replacement/extra rubber washers of different thickness which I needed another washer to stop the leaking between hose and sprayer.

Works great - no bending

The plastic dried out and deteriorated much sooner than expected. I expected better durability with a Black and Decker name.
