Feel more awake and concentrated
I have been taking these now for 4 months and i do believe my concentration has improved. I feel more awake at work and able to think. My only issue with these is that my most recent pack seem yo have a smell and taste which they did not have before. It’s not the end of the world but also not overly pleasant but given the effectiveness and cost i will keep buying. I have digestion issues and haven’t seen a difference taking these so i don’t think they cause any issues or irritation personally. I would recommend this brand

Seem good quality.
They definitely seem to help with my mind racing away, relaxing me somewhat, and allowing me to have a more peaceful sleep. Definitely worth a go.

Excellent product.
L-Theanine 100mg with BioPerine is excellent. It promotes calm and focus without drowsiness, and the addition of BioPerine helps with absorption, making it more effective. The capsules are easy to take, and I’ve noticed a clear improvement in relaxation and mental clarity, especially during stressful days. A simple, reliable supplement that really works. I will buy these again.

Fantastic for alcohol cravings.
L-theanine is legit, and this one worked just fine. I got it because it was the best price. I use quite a bit more than recommend (up to 1600mg per day) with no perceptible side effects. It really does have an effect and has helped significantly for alcohol cravings.

Took these hoping for a bit of calm, and they genuinely take the edge off without turning me into a zombie. It’s like someone gently lowered the volume on my brain. Smooth, steady, and no weird side effects — just a quiet little “shhh” for the mind.

Worth a try if you’re struggling
I gave this product 3 ⭐️ as overall I do feel better since taking these but that also coincides with taking a new HRT prescription (patch). Before these & the HRT patch I was a dipsy dolly day dream with occasional anger issues (never violent) & in a perpetual state of not being able to think clearly/decisively & a lot of anxiety thrown in to boot. It felt like someone had pressed the stop button on my thinking/processing/rationalising brain function. But 6 or so months on I feel more able to function & think in situations/conversations pretty much as I did before the menopause hit. I can actually walk into my office now & be decisive about what needs to be done whereas before I physically wouldn’t be able to think & was completely overwhelmed. So I will carry on taking. They are very easy to swallow with no taste & no side effects.
