Microsoft L5V-00006 Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Keyboard, Mouse and Numeric Pad Set, UK Layout - Black & Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse, Black

This is a great keyboard but it only lasts 2-3 years, if that. I didn't even use it very much but it just stops working after a while.

First and Foremost I got this bundle as I WFH and wanted a high end ergonomic KB/M. The setting up is pretty easy and very friendly for use once you get to adapt your muscle memory to the ergonomic KB as its a split KB. The Mouse is awesome and great to use with the provided wrist rest.However, after merely 1 year use the dungle is broken. It will not be detected by the laptop usb and tried on all 3 laptops I own (2 windows and 1 macbook) and still none are detecting it. After lots of research I got to know that the dungle have some electronic parts that can get “unwelded” and the only way to get it to work is to “cook” it again so that the welding inside get good again. I am desperately looking for someone to get this fixed else I’ll have to get rid of same and buy another ergonomic KB/M. This time I will more for a Blutooth Wireless that connects via BT with no Dungle. Logitec has pretty nice ones.

Love this keyboard, keys are extremely comfortable and layout is well design. Really alleviates wrist pain. Sadly, this is my third one in the last 5 years and I won't be buying any more. Previous ones have just stopped working altogether, this one some of the keys have stopped working.
