This is a game changer! I am 48, and experience extreme hot flashes. I was taking Dim, evening primrose and black cohosh supplement, which worked for a year and a half (no hot flashes) until it stopped working. My body, i guess, got used to it and it was no longer effective. I googled the best natural hot flash medicine and up pops Menovair. I was desperate, so why not? What did i have to lose? I was already dying from these terrible hot flashes, so i ordered Menovair. I figured it would take several weeks for it to work. No! I saw a significant decrease in the hot flashes in 3 days! Yes, 3 days. I was amazed! It has been 3 weeks now and i am sleeping thru the night and have only had ONE hot flash! So i think, this is a MUST HAVE for the ladies who suffered like me! Of course everyone’s bodies are different, BUT it saved me. So it’s worth a shot, ladies. Thank you, Menovair, for giving me a good nights rest, and enjoying actually being chilled for once, rather than sweltering hot in the dead of winter! The only draw back is there is only 30 capsules in a bottle. I take 2 in the morning, so i have to replenish every 2 weeks. I wish it had 60 capsules per bottle. Other than that, I’m pleased! Give it a try! I hope it works for you just as good as it has me! 🙏

I have horrible hot flashes and have for probably ten or more years. I have tried almost everything and Menovair was touted as working for many women. It didn’t do a thing for me. Nothing changed other than I had less money in my bank account.

Wonderful product!!! I have been taking Menovair for 3 weeks now and am thoroughly impressed. I had hoped for some relief, but the results are a pleasant surprise. I am 55 years old and have been experiencing hot flashes for about two years. The night sweats started a several months ago and the hot flashes became very intense. The hot flashes were frequent at about 2 per hour. I ended up being dripping wet from perspiration if I didn’t try to catch it quickly with a handheld personal fan. I found myself ripping off my outer clothing in the middle of restaurants and outings which was humorous to my family, but down right irritating. After taking Menovair for 4 days, I noticed significant relief. After one week, my hot flashes and night sweats were GONE. For the first time in 2 years I was able to sleep through the night. My mood was better and I found I performed better in my job. I truly feel like a new person. I don’t expect this product to fix my menopause discomforts 100%, but I am absolutely thrilled by the success so far. I have just placed an order for my 2nd bottle. Take some time to research the benefits of some of the ingredients like Red Clover. Also, my acne prone skin improved as well which is likely due to the balancing of my irrational hormones which is a huge bonus. Thank you to the creators of Menovair!

I’m really enjoying this product. One capsule per day didn’t do much for me but when I jumped to two/day things changed dramatically. It takes a little while for it to click in since it is something that needs to build up with time in order to get the full effect. This takes me to the dissatisfaction of this company. I can only buy bottles with 30 capsules. Since I take 2/day it only lasts 2 weeks. I set it up as a reoccurring order every two weeks so I don’t run out. I had made one order this way. I am now 5 days into not having any as the shipment still show as “delayed, not shipped yet”. Not only do I have to deal with my hot flashes again but it will take me another good week after starting again (whenever I do receive it) to feel the full effect. That’s not something I want to deal with now that I know this product works. Not sure why it won’t ship and I will only have tolerance for this to happen one time before I will look elsewhere. Either send me an explanation to why you can’t hold the delivery schedule and give me an approximate delivery date or ensure delivery reliability so I can continue with this product. Also I would highly recommend producing larger bottles so I don’t have to run out so quickly. This is a very expensive supplement, especially for needing to take more than one/day so I would think it would help the consumer to have access to larger quantities and help cut down on packaging cost. I will mark this down by 2 stars because even though I like the product my wellbeing depends on reliable delivery and if that doesn’t work the product is useless to me anyway. Hopefully this is a one time issue, and if delivery turned out to be more reliable in the future, I will adjust my rating.
