Gorgeous looking chair but plastic hinges connect the back of the seat to the base of the seat. When u sit on the cushion u can feel the screws or frame press through the seat into ur thighs. Hence returned.

It’s fine, so far. Comfort wise there seems to be adequate padding for those who need to sit comfortably for long periods of time.Assembly time wasn’t too bad but the screws on the side to attach the seat to the lumbar were a pain to thread because the predrilled holes are slightly misaligned. Since the attachment that the screws go in is plastic coated silver and not metal I was afraid it would crack if I forced it too much. The height adjustment doesn’t go as high as I’d like and I am starting to wonder if I installed the base incorrectly. I really wanted a white chair that tilts and rocks but I got this for $30 from Amazon Warehouse so I’m going to keep it and not complain about the minor inconvenience. However, I don’t think I would be happy if I paid the retail price it’s currently showing of $253.

Everything was going well until I had to connect the seat of the chair to back of the chair. The pre-drilled holes were NOT centered correctly, making it difficult to put the screws in. Other than that major issue, I love the chair.

I primarily wanted a chair more for aesthetics but also wanted to use it in place of my writing chair while I work from home. Assembly is easy enough if you have some skill, but I did it in less than 20 by myself. This isn’t the office chair from work but and the padding could use some more firmness lumbar support is great. One thing to note that the chrome is a mixture of metal in some places and plastic in others, but generally the plastic portions are where they should be only impact aesthetics

I love the style of the chair and it's very pleasing to the eye, however after just a few months, I can feel the screws in the arm rests (both sides). It's very painful to rest your arm on, if you hit these spots.Seat has also become less comfortable, after an 8+ hour work day. I'm not a heavy person, so it shouldn't be weighed down.

This chair looks fantastic, but the structure of it is terrible. After a month of use, it creaks loudly and you can feel that the seat has metal bars 1/4 from each side you feel each time you sit in the chair which honestly ruins the entire thing! It is almost like something was forgotten when they built it, there is no support in the seat of this chair. I am not a big person, this should not happen. Sad as we are outside the return policy and nothing seems be able to be done after contacting the MFG. Material and back and arms all seem to be holding up well. Really you should never have to be describing a chair by how it SOUNDS and describe the fact that it seems to be missing a seat structure that is important to its entire function.

This chair is a noice contemporary look however its not the easiest to assemble and has a chrome look

Am assembling the chair. Notice that the mesh is already abraded against the metal. A mesh repair kit would be useful. Also the pictorials for assembling are inadequate. For example applying the wheels to the base, the wheels are not threaded has a nipple end (probably an 'O' ring) but does not engage into the base. How does one get it to fit. I tried hitting it with a mallet with no success. Any advice??

Got one for home office. Quite comfortable and soft for long hours. Fabric is soft and good quality. Only problem - armrests ... after few months of usage i think the nails from inside are starting to come off - basically you put your arm and feel pointy nails.

It takes two people to put together but simple enough. Looks great and very comfortable

a merchandise favored in china with installation problems. I boycott China but this time I had not seen the country of manufacture.
