What is the correct Color? My first shipment was very light in color and this last one was very dark?

Teenagers can take them?

Depends on what they are taking it for but a daily dose is around 250mg so half of one. I take this daily at 500mg for overall health and detox. As with most supplements and medicines, weight and age are a factor.
