The walnut finish is a really nice understated accent to whatever you're displaying.The frame itself is sturdy, but the finish applied to it is quite thin and delicate.

The style, the build quality, the simplicity to use, the price is all perfect! Unfortunately it arrived damaged, due it being a relatively low price and myself not being overly fussy, I’m not going to claim for a refund. The damage doesn’t compromise the structure at all.Overall for £8 I honestly can not complain.

I wanted a "panoramic" picture frame to hang vertically, and this does the job brilliantly. The frame feels sturdy and have clear perspex rather than glass makes it easier to handle (perspex is covered both sides in film so is nice and clean). Note it doesn't come with a mount or a "background", it does say this in the details so not a miss or mislead; but I just wanted a plain background so finding white card not an issue. Seller responded to a question very quickly too which is comforting to know.

So I’ll start with this was exactly the right size I needed and was a nice matte black. However, because the frame is so big I was hoping for several books on the back for support but there are none. It comes with some metal hoops which you need to add yourself but this forced the frame off of the wall by about a cm. I also found that string was not strong enough to then hold the frame up without snapping (I’m glad I tested this before hanging it). I ended up using a thick wire I had lying around and the frame is secure and hasn’t moved. However it took a lot of trial and error to figure out how to get it to stay up.

I first ordered two poster frames to put two new posters up next to each other. In the first delivery, one was damaged on arrival, and I received a refund. Then I ordered a new one as a replacement to find out they now have a different supplier(?) that does not include any hooks on the back of the frame making it unsuitable for my purpose. I could add a hook myself, but to get it perfectly aligned with the other poster would be very tedious, and I expect hooks to arrive by default. Hanging the frame on a hook resting on the edges is no option as the frame isn't very sturdy and bends when I do this. After contacting support they have sent me a replacement backboard with the hooks fitted.
