This elegant Kanzashi flower headband will make a great hair accessory for your little girl. Flower measures approximately 4 1/2" across and will be attached to the headband of your choice. This flower headband is made with small parts, never leave children unattended! All my headbands measure approximately 12-13" in circumference. They will fit babies and up to adults as they are made with a very stretchy elastic.
