Just in case you are trying to make your own Cinnabon
... this extract will not do. Since there is a shortage of the Cinnabon coffee creamer, I've been trying to come up with a way to replace it. This extract is pretty mild. It's has a natural taste, and if that's what you are after, regular cinnamon powder will probably be a better solution. But as I found out, the incredible flavor of Cinnabon creamer is due to some synthetic gradient, so sometimes being natural leaves one behind!
