This was packed really well and it comes with it's own mesh bag to make storage easier. The bag is not the best but it is dust proof which is nice. The helmet came with no dents or damages that I can tell. Upon picking it up, the helmet was actually a decent weight but still light to wear. I am not sure what the material is but it is solid. It feels like those heavy duty skate board helmets but slightly heavier due to the electronics. The size can be adjusted from the inside and it fits for the most part which is nice. After loosening the brace, the helmet fit perfectly. I did not do any damage test but I did however try knocking on it a few times with no dents but nothing. I pressed on it really hard but there was no dents so this is a good sign. The thickness between the helmet and your head is definitely thicker than other helmet. The outer material is prone to scratches. The sunglasses part was also not attached and you need to simply pop the glasses on. It is held together by strong magnets. It is very easy to just click in place and remove. It stays on well with the magnets. It keeps the sun out of your eyes while also giving you full peripheral vision. My only complaint with the glasses is that they feel really flimsy compared to the other pieces but it at least protects my eyes. The glasses piece is really thin. I am afraid it actually will snap easily due to being flimsy. The overall design looks really nice and it is just a simple black color. In terms of it being comfortable, I would say this fits really well. It does not punch the sides and the straps are do not rub against my skin even when I am sweating. It does however absorb sweat or water so it can be awkward to wear. The padding inside and the holes provides a pretty comfortable wear. The heavier weight also does not hurt your deck but use your best judgment. It is scratch prone and noticeable. It does require some charging. The charging can take several hours. It does come with a 32 gb micro sd card and can go up to at least 128 (from what I tested). It will just copy over when the sd card is full. There is not light in the front but there is a red light in the back for night time riding. It does have night vision so you can be sure to get footage at night. The video quality is not bad. It is definitely not the best but it works for what I need it for. It is also has built in bluetooth sound and microphone. One thing to be aware of is that this is not in your ear so people can hear your conversation if they're standing next to you. The same goes with music. The microphone is not bad. It blocks out most of the ambient noise such as a car driving by. The person on the other end can heat me. It last for several hours. Overall this is a good helmet. It is on the heavier side but it is protective and looks great. The only down side I feel is the glasses feel a bit on the flimsy side but I do like how it is held together by magnets. I kind of wish there was a way to put it up when I am not using it. The mesh bag is nice for storage. The camera is not half bad and you get good video footage in case something happens. I do wish it had more light in the front but that's okay. The control on the side are easy to use but take a bit of time to memorize (for me at least. The back red light is bright so you are seen on the road at night. It can be turned on and off as needed. The bluetooth is great addition but be aware it does not keep the sound contained to just your helmet at time.

The first helmet I received would not record or take pictures but everything else worked. Everything worked on the replacement helmet. The ability to record video and take pictures is super cool. The pictures and video are clear enough as long as you don't shake or move your head like crazy. I will be curious to see how the video looks while I am riding. I did take video while walking around the house and it was fine. The only thing I can't figure out is how to change the date and time stamp for the videos and pictures. Bluetooth speaker and phone e connection work great. The "smart" light in the back is very cool. It blinks while you are in motion and when you stop it recognizes it and stops blinking. The turn signals with remote are definitely an added bonus as I am usually bringing up the rear when bike riding and hopefully this will eliminate the need to use hand signals. The front shaded shield is attached by magnets. It would have been nice if the shield flipped up and down when needed but still stayed attached when not needed at night. Not sure where I am going to put it as it gets darker when riding. I also have a giant melon head and the helmet is quite snug but definitely wearable. The adjustable headband is very nice. Can't wait to try it fully out this spring. Will update review if needed

I love the technology; Bluetooth works perfectly for the headset, which has a clear sound and is nicely hidden. The sunshade works nicely, and it is easily mounted and taken off. Overall, the helmet has a comfortable (adjustable) fit, and you feel really protected; however, the cooling by wind leaves much to desire! Your head will get wet from sweating, and not a little! The reason why I gave the product a four-star rating (three for comfort). The light for the continuous strobe effect is okay, but for setting turn signals, I don't find it obvious enough. The taking picture and filming function works perfectly. I bought the helmet because it had it all, technology-wise, and it does work. If you can deal with wet hair, I recommend the helmet.

The media could not be loaded. I saw some of the old reviews. This helmet must have been updated bc the sound works great for calls or music and the video worked good too-see video. The visor doesn't fly off even in the bumpiest conditions. Came with SD card. Everything worked great set up fast. It's a really nice helmet.

Love the idea of this helmet but it does not fit my head. It’s very loose even on the tightest setting and I don’t have a super small head.

My wife and I saw this helmet on Amazon and read its features and had to buy it for our active son. Our son loves that it comes with a turn signal indicator light on the back of the helmet, a sun-shade, and a Bluetooth inner speaker for answering incoming calls. We’re not sure if this should be substituted for a motorcycle helmet due to the higher speed but it’s perfect for biking.

The fit was great, love that I can listen to my music while I ride. Only problem is the files from the built in camera can't be read by anything I have. I get sound but the picture says can't read. This was the whole reason that I purchased this product. Why would you use software that isn't universal? I give it a 2 because of the useless camera.

I have a challenged little brother that rides his E bike everywhere. He said he didn’t want to ride around with some dumb helmet on but I told him like his big brother. I have to wear one on the motorcycle. You have to wear one on the bike so he finally relented And we picked out this helmet together. He wears it everywhere. He said it has good sound quality without compromising hearing the world around him. It was easy to use and easy to install.
