Never knew I could love a printer. It brings me joy!
I wanted the smallest, white printer I could find to fit on a corner cabinet in my office in our den bc I wanted it to stay looking like a comfy den/retreat. This seemed perfect, but I was concerned about many of the reviews saying it was cheap and didn’t work well. Luckily, I just focused on the more positive reviews. It was a cinch to setup and I remembered one previous reviewer saying at first she thought it was broken or she hadn’t set it up right because it wouldn’t print. But magically, within just a minute or two it started printing. Same for me!I’ve had it over a month and use it almost every day. Today, I actually said out loud to no one but me…”I love my small white printer. “ It is half the size of my previous Epson so I moved that one to the basement office. You can barely even see it on the white corner cabinet and not at all noisy. It’s really nice to only have one toner cartridge to maintain (not that I’ve had to do that yet) and don’t have to pay for every page you print when you hit the monthly limit that some models impose (worst marketing idea EVER). Hope this helpful.

it is constantly disconnecting and it's difficult to reconnect to the Wi-Fi. And it's slow!
It's a pain in the neck! 2 main issues:1. When I need to use it it's disconnected from the Internet - the wifi light is blinking and it's a super pain to get it to reconnect. no we haven't lost power; nothing else has been disconnected.Just before I wrote this I needed to scan something and yes it was disconnected as usual. I got it reconnected and then it wants to go through set up and then it bogged down somewhere and didn't finish. So often I get tired of just say forget about it. I have a "ready to scan" box that's full. sometimes I can get it to work and I'll try to scan a whole bunch at once and2. It's very slowwwwww.3. Did I say too? Let's make that three. The toner is expensive.I know what I'm talking about with this printer! this is my second one and the reason I buy it is because I know how to use this one and it is exact size to fit the space where I need to put it. But that might need to change.I would love to find a printer scanner that actually stayed available to use.

Impressive tiny printer but mighty!
I have 5.0 wifi connection and was able to bypass that by selecting something like a "device already connected or installed in my network". Otherwise, it would not connect when I select the "add new device/printer" since it can only connect to 2.4.Anyway, I got it to connect to my mobile phone, personal laptop as well as work laptop.Once I got it to work, this printer is amazing and I'm in love with it. It is better than my $300 old laser Brother printer that I purchased 8 years ago.

Good printer once you figure out how to install
Took 2 days and a lot of frustration to get it installed but it works good and seems like a good, quality printer. Make sure you are attaching to the same WiFi network as the device you are installing if from and have your correct WiFi password handy. Once it’s installed from the device with an operating internet service and a working WiFi signal you can then add other devices to operate with the printer. I almost threw it out the window a few times but if you stay calm and work through it you will be happy you did. It’s not the printer or it’s software that is the problem, it usually is issues or problems with the computer operating systems or just settings that need to be figured out and worked through. I’m not computer savvy but was eventually able to do it by googling and watching YouTube videos. Hope this helps.

Old wireless freq and no paper cassette! Hard to hook up to WiFi bc of the old freq
Was pretty disappointed and sent it back. Two things; The HP only had one WiFi frequency and it was the old one, and even though my modem said it would accept both of the current frequencies, it still would not hook up. Bought a Brother after sending the HP back and it hooked to WiFi in about thirty seconds! The other thing about the HP was the fact that the paper storage was not in a cassette, but laying half in the machine and half out on your desktop! How weird is that?
